Practical Nursing Applications for the Upcoming Year 2024 will be accepted from 
April 1-May 1, 2024. May be printed from this site along with $65.00 cash for ATI Entrance TEAS Test. Applications may be picked up first floor office at Ridgeview High School also. Please refer to Handbook for criteria for admission into program. All applications and fees must be turned in to Ridgeview High School first floor office no later than May 1, 2024 at 3:15 pm. The ATI TEAS Assessment Exam for the adult applicants will be May 9 at 3:30 pm in the nursing classroom at Ridgeview High School. ATI TEAS Assessment Exam for high school student applicants will be on May 14 at 3:30 pm in the nursing classroom at Ridgeview High School.
